As a veteran producer I bring to my clients a wide range of experience that can accomplish any type of complex project with budgets from moderate up to the multi-million dollar level.

After successfully leading hundreds of projects my talent is research, negotiation, and design of an execution plan with realistic accuracy, cost it out, engage the best team to do their best job (averaging 60+ size or small target size), track dollars during execution and then keep all aspects on track until project completion. Similar to business optimization, hiring a budgeting professional to review your company’s financial flow of operations is paramount to staying in the loop with the financial health of your company. This type of analysis allows you to focus on your brand, employees and most importantly your customers. Getting stuck in the back office crunching numbers means the other aspects of your business are possibly being neglected.

For 20+ years estimating/ budget researching costs has been the front wheels of my wheelhouse. I run numbers all day (sometimes all night) to ensure they’re on target.
